Kevin Turner "KT"

FOUNDER | CEO | CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER

PhD educated, C-level business executive turned option trader producing exceptionally high returns on a tested and proven niche trading strategy.

KT spent his 25 year career in business technology at both large Corporate and numerous small start-up firms before turning to investments.

He is a founder of multiple start-up firms specializing in technology consulting and small business/retail flips. He also spent a portion of his career as a C-Level Executive to multiple pre-IPO technology start-up firms in multiple industries. His exits include IPO, acquisitions, and mergers, and growth phase.

After finding his passion for the financial markets, working with an exclusive community of professional hedge fund managers, KT developed a very unique trading approach that has resulted in far exceeding traditional benchmarks.

KT is licensed as a Series 3 finance professional and registered with the National Futures Association as a Commodity Trading Advisor and Commodity Pool Operator.

KT Capital Management LLC (the “Investment Manager”) is not registered as an investment adviser with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) or any state securities authorities. However, the Investment Manager has filed as an exempt reporting adviser under the “private fund advisor exemption” with the State Securities Board of the State of Texas. KT Capital Alpha GP, LP (the “General Partner”) has delegated the investment management responsibilities for KT Capital Alpha Fund, LP (the “Fund”) to the Investment Manager, an affiliate of the General Partner. The Investment Manager is charged by the General Partner with the day-to-day investment of the Partnership’s capital. The limited partnership interests (the “Interests”) in the Fund, are offered under a separate private offering memorandum (the “Offering Memorandum”), have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act"), nor any state's securities laws, and are sold for investment only pursuant to an exemption from registration with the SEC and in compliance with any applicable state or other securities laws.
